D3V Series Trolley Mechanism

Our D3V series trolley mechanism is a self-designed tower crane mechanism incorporating advanced foreign technologies. It includes spare parts such as fixing angles, mast sections, pins, ladders, slewing rings, motors, gearboxes, pinions, limit switches, winches, wire ropes, electrical cables, contactors, pulleys, rollers, RCV, VAC, OMD, HRCV, and brushes.

The mechanism is specifically designed for tower crane trolley systems, ensuring efficient and reliable operation. Please note that this mechanism should never be manned for safety reasons.

Specifications:

• Operating Temperature: -20ºC to +40ºC
• Operating Noise: ≤75dB

The D3V series trolley mechanism consists of 5 essential parts: torque motor (or variable frequency motor), reducer, limit switch, winding drum, and frame. The motor is designed for B5 flange form (horizontal) installation, providing ease of use and maintenance.

1. 3D design and analysis before production drawing;

2. ANSYS calculation;

3. Testing and verification of the calculation result;

4. Raw material inspection and manufacturing quality control strictly according to ISO9000 standard;

5. Robot welding machine and automatic cutting machine;

6. Painting line with first anti-corrosion layer and 2 surface layers after sandblasting;

7. Packing solution to make better protection and easy transportation
